OVERVIEW

The homeowners came to us after their kitchen disposal started leaking. It was the final straw. An overall beautiful home that had been renovated some years prior made most of the spaces and exterior very livable and beautiful. However, there were some quirks with the design/layout and the kitchen was in dire need of an upgrade. The flooring on the main floor wasn't cohesive which made the rooms feel a bit disjointed. The existing dining room and living space didn't work with how the owners entertained and lived in the space. By reconfiguring the kitchen so that it opened up into a sitting/entertaining space we gave the owners something beautiful and functional for how they lived day to day. Replacing all the floors along with new doors and matching hardware gave the entire first floor a much more elevated and clean feeling. We also added built-ins to their mudroom giving the space not only something functional but something beautiful.
